This privacy and cookie policy describes how Energetyka Solarna ensol Sp. z o.o. deals with personal data while using cookie files and other technologies as part of the ensol.pl website.

1. General information

Your data controller is Energetyka Solarna ensol Sp. z o.o. with business address: ul. Piaskowa 11, 47-400 Racibórz, Poland, NIP: 639-192-95-29, REGON: 270213436, BDO register number: 000040909.

The phrase "www site" used in this privacy and cookie policy is to be understood as the website available at ensol.pl.

2. Personal data

Personal data means, in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation or "GDPR"), any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In case of using the www site such data might be e.g. an e-mail address or an IP address.

The www site contains no contact form and no other form. It therefore asks you for no data on its own: we receive your data only once you write or call us yourself, and it covers whatever your message contains. The one exception are the server logs, created every time a page is opened; section 6 describes them.

Your data gathered by us may be used for the following purposes:

  • conducting analysis and statistics for the needs of conducting our business activity;
  • carrying out marketing activities undertaken by us on our own or in cooperation with other entities (if you have expressed a separate consent in this respect);
  • arising from our legitimate interests (e.g. situations in which processing your personal data is justified due to our justified needs, among others the necessity of protection);
  • fulfillment of the obligation to apply the accountability principle, that is, the obligation to demonstrate our compliance with the provisions on personal data protection.

The data is processed in accordance with the law and is not subject to further processing incompatible with the objectives provided by law. The data is collected only in an adequate, necessary and required range in relation to the purposes for which it is processed.

The personal data is collected with diligence. Energetyka Solarna ensol Sp. z o.o. is making every effort in order to protect data provided to us against unauthorized access by third parties. Providing data is voluntary.

We do not share personal data with any unauthorized recipients. We may entrust another entity with the processing of personal data on our behalf. Data can be shared only with entities authorized to receive it pursuant to the mandatory provisions of the law. Your data will be transferred to providers of the services and IT solutions that we are using, public bodies, including courts, at their reasonable request, and lawyers and advisers acting on our behalf, if it is necessary to defend against claims or to seek redress.

In relation to the processing of your personal data, you can use the following rights:

  • the right to obtain confirmation whether we process your personal data, as well as the right to be informed what the data is;
  • the right to request rectification (correction) or supplementation of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrect;
  • the right to demand restriction of your personal data processing;
  • the right to demand removal of your personal data;
  • the right to transfer data;
  • the right to withdraw the consent to your personal data processing;
  • the right to withdraw the consent to your personal data processing for marketing purposes;
  • the right to lodge a complaint to the authority supervising personal data protection.

The www site does not use cookies. We save no files and no data on your end device (computer, smartphone, tablet), including any coming from other companies. This is why we do not ask you for consent and show no consent banner.

5. Other technologies

We use no Google Analytics, no remarketing, no advertising tags and no other technologies that would track your behaviour on the www site or beyond it.

Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It saves no cookies, collects no identifiers of your device and builds no visitor profile. The data it shows us is aggregate: the number of views, the addresses of the pages visited, the country and the type of browser.

The www site embeds no maps, no videos from external services and no social media buttons. Fonts, photographs and videos load from our own server, so opening the page connects you to no third party. The map links, that is the addresses of our sites and the "View on the map" button, lead to Google Maps, but only clicking them opens a Google page, where Google's privacy policy applies.

6. Server logs

Using the www site involves sending queries to the server on which the www site is stored. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs. The logs include your IP address, server date and time, and information about the web browser and operating system.

Logs are saved and stored on the server. The data saved in the server logs is not associated with specific people using the www site and is not used to identify them.

This Policy is verified on an ongoing basis and will be updated if necessary.
